TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, please email inscentivescents@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that your item is returned within 30 days of receiving your RA#.
